Who provides TimePills

TimePills is provided by Helixir Labs Inc. These terms apply when you visit timepills.app, download the TimePills beta, or use the beta Mac app.

Beta software

TimePills is currently beta software. It may change, contain bugs, or be unavailable at times. Please do not rely on it for medical, safety-critical, legal, financial, or emergency timing decisions.

Payments and access

The beta is pay-what-you-want, including free. Paid checkouts are processed by Paddle. After checkout or a free beta request, TimePills provides a download link for the Mac app.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, checkout, download links, or feedback board. Do not attempt to reverse engineer private services, bypass payment systems, overload the site, or use TimePills in a way that violates applicable law.

Feedback

If you send feedback, ideas, or bug reports through feedback.timepills.app or email, Helixir Labs may use that feedback to improve TimePills without owing compensation.

Warranty and liability

TimePills is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, Helixir Labs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
